Privacy at Wristband
Wristband works without an account, advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking.
On your devices
Saved events, planned setlists, Watch packets, live cursor state, and unsynced edits stay on your devices. You can remove this information in the app where available or by deleting the app.
Online requests
Online discovery and setlist features send only the artist, event, identifier, or search terms needed to return concert information. Wristband does not create a user profile or retain raw search text as analytics data.
Like most services with a backend, Wristband's hosting provider records diagnostic request information such as IP address, requested API URL, user agent, and timestamp. Wristband uses these logs for security, reliability, performance, debugging, and support. They are not used for advertising, profiling, or tracking, are not linked to an account or identity, and are retained for up to 30 days.
Concert and music data
Wristband processes raw provider responses transiently. It may retain accepted concert and music facts, source attribution, and operational request metadata needed to keep the catalog current.
Links to services such as setlist.fm or Spotify open those services under their own privacy policies.
